      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Safely operate a large passenger motor vehicle, transporting passengers to designated locations
      - Perform pre/post-operational safety maintenance checks and record statistics for daily reports
      - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while interacting with passengers
      - Maintain regular, reliable attendance and create harmonious working relationships with colleagues
      - Potentially work varied shifts, including mandatory Saturdays

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
      - At least two years of driving experience
      - Valid driver's license
      - Knowledge of DOT/CDL regulations
      - Ability to work with and learn technology in a diverse environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CDL Class B or higher with Passenger Endorsement
      - Experience operating large transit vehicles on city streets in fixed route service
