What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, analyze, and refine business requests to formulate solutions aligned with business strategies
- Gather and document business requirements for proposed projects independently
- Consult with subject matter experts to translate customer needs into comprehensive business requirement documentation
- Partner with technical resources to assess the implications of platform features on existing processes
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate discussions around requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA or Certification degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of business functional area experience, including 3+ years with Business Applications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Complete understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to create complex process flow diagrams and conduct fit/gap analysis based on requirements

- Maintain functional knowledge of Salesforce and map capabilities to business issues
- Ability to write complex queries and reports
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and customer service abilities
- Experience conducting training and creating thorough documentation
