What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Collect, define, and document business and technical requirements for moving BI reports, custom applications, and data to Azure cloud
- Use strong business acumen to ask the right questions and understand the needs of stakeholders
- Read and understand data profiling and data quality reports, as well as data models
- Organize tasks, timelines, and delivery schedules, providing regular status reports
- Coordinate resource requirements to ensure availability of necessary staff

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a data-centric environment
- Experience with reports migration projects, specifically using Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience with healthcare and data transformation projects
