      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, define, and document both business and technical requirements for migrating BI reports and applications to Azure cloud
      - Utilize strong business acumen to engage stakeholders and document their requirements
      - Analyze data profiling, quality reports, and data models, with the ability to read SQL
      - Organize tasks, timelines, and delivery schedules, providing weekly status updates on project progress
      - Coordinate resource requirements to ensure availability of necessary business and technical staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst in a data-centric environment, specifically in reports migration projects with Tableau
      - Strong understanding of BI and data analytics
      - Ability to read SQL and understand data quality reports and data models
      - Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and timelines effectively
      - Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Azure cloud technologies and Snowflake
      - Familiarity with healthcare data and applications, such as HEDIS and Quality applications
      - Previous involvement in large-scale data consolidation projects
