      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide programmatic, financial, and administrative support to ARPA-H's programs, including budget preparation and financial tracking
      - Monitor and report on financial variances, implementing corrective actions as necessary
      - Review budget and financial data to ensure compliance with policies and identify data quality issues
      - Compile financial data for budgets, forecasts, and reports for stakeholders
      - Develop briefing materials for senior executives using financial modeling and data analytics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial operations
      - Previous experience supporting a government research agency in financial and administrative roles
      - Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, data analytic tools, and relevant financial systems
      - Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA)
      - Proven experience as a Business Finance Analyst in a government or research-focused organization
      - Experience in organizing and facilitating small meetings
      - Ability to work well in group dynamics and think creatively and critically
      - Competence in producing accurate and well-presented work products
