What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain building operations by checking access, reporting maintenance issues, and initiating work orders
- Provide on-site event support, reservation request assistance, and AV setup
- Staff the front desk, manage emails, calls, and office tasks
- Assist with office moves, furniture inventory, and storage room maintenance
- Clean office suite, kitchen, and front desk for a clean environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer/AV/technology knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move furniture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AV/Tech support experience
- Previous office support experience
