What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gain a strong working knowledge of all employer offerings and locations to enhance guest experiences
- Accurately book and modify guest lodging and activity reservations
- Handle incoming and outbound calls and chats courteously and efficiently
- Develop rapport with guests to anticipate needs and maximize revenue through up-selling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for delivering great guest service and sharing all the employer has to offer
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional phone and online chat manners
- Timely attendance, being clocked in and ready at the starting time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment
- Experience in outdoor recreation, tourism, or hospitality
- Knowledge of the employer’s products and locations in NC, TN, SC, and GA
