What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the customization and configuration of Epic applications to meet organizational needs
- Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to understand system requirements
- Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to experienced analysts
- Maintain detailed records of system changes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of an OCHIN workforce training program or similar experience preferred
- Epic proficiency must be obtained within 60 days of employment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems

- Interest in data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous learning
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Prior experience in a similar role within a healthcare organization
