      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Provide meaningful solutions by sharing knowledge of products and services
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
      - Participate in 11 weeks of virtual online training to develop skills in technology, banking, and leadership
      - Strive to inspire customers to share their positive experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must live within 90 miles of an ID location
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills with a passion for serving others
      - Experience in customer service, helping solve problems, and educating customers on products/services
      - Proficiency with various computer software and ability to navigate multiple systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of banking and financial services
      - Experience in a call center or customer service environment
      - Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a Spanish language assessment
