      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside within 90 miles of a Utah location
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills and a passion for serving customers
      - Experience in problem-solving and educating customers about products and services
      - Familiarity with banking and financial services is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of various computer software and ability to navigate multiple systems
      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a financial services environment
      - Bilingual in Spanish, with a willingness to complete a language assessment
