      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop mortgage portfolio retention strategies and analytics
      - Conduct surveillance of servicing portfolio, including prepayment, recapture, and credit performances
      - Support MSR bulk sales and early buyout sales with pricing utilizing third-party models
      - Perform analysis of internal fair value against third-party marks and market trade color
      - Execute internal controls for audit and SOX compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as finance, engineering, science, or mathematics
      - Minimum of four (4) years' experience in Capital Markets, mortgage industry, or MSR Valuation
      - Complex financial analysis and valuation experience required
      - Advanced skills in Excel required
      - Prior experience with code development to research and analyze data is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree, or CFA charter holder, or FRM designation preferred
      - Proficiency with at least one programming language (SQL, Python, C++, Java, etc.) is preferred
