      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the owner's representative and project manager on various capital improvement projects at commercial apartment properties
      - Oversee the bidding, contracting, and completion of projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards
      - Develop budgets and scopes of work based on inspections and due diligence assessments
      - Coordinate work activities with regional management and property staff to ensure project success
      - Conduct inspections and report on project status, including implementing 5-year capital plans as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Expert knowledge of construction and project management principles
      - PMP certification
      - 2-7 years of experience managing commercial renovation or construction projects, with multifamily experience being a plus
      - BS/BA in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar fields
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
