      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide non-clinical administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators in the Case Management program
      - Proactively evaluate and process assigned tasks within the medical management system
      - Schedule and manage meetings using Outlook and system calendaring functions
      - Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls regarding care coordination or case management inquiries
      - Foster cross-functional communication with other organizational teams/departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or G.E.D.
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to work across multiple software programs
      - Must reside in the PST or MST zone

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
      - Knowledge of Medical Terminology
      - Prior experience in a Managed Care Organization (MCO)
      - Experience with TRICARE or VA health plans
