      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical and clerical support to ensure quality care in a virtual environment
      - Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to clinical inquiries and triage appropriately
      - Prepare and deliver lab results and other important documents to patients in a timely manner
      - Coordinate pre-visit preparations by ensuring necessary documents are available in patients' medical records
      - Assist care team in managing reports and referrals for vulnerable patient populations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Medical Assistant Certification or at least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
      - Passion and commitment to pediatric healthcare
      - Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
      - Spanish fluency preferred
