What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist candidates in managing career transitions, including skills assessment, goal setting, and job market navigation
- Provide coaching expertise for interviews and salary negotiations to enhance candidates' job search success
- Engage and motivate candidates to utilize available resources and technology tools effectively
- Share expertise in current job-related technology, including LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Manage time and priorities related to individual program deliverables and participate in training and events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Career Consulting or related fields such as human resources or management consulting
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and job market trends
- Experience across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and financial services
- Proficiency with technology tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree preferred

- Familiarity with various recruitment processes and applicant sourcing techniques
- Strong analytical skills combined with a service-oriented mindset
