The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, particularly with individuals with dementia, and must possess a patient, understanding, and empathetic demeanor.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide companionship and emotional support to the lady living with dementia.
2. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
4. Accompany the lady to medical appointments and engage in recreational activities.
5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the lady, ensuring her comfort and well-being.
6. Monitor and report any changes in the lady's condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
7. Offer assistance with light household chores as needed.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in caregiving, preferably with individuals living with dementia.
2. Empathetic and patient nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others.
3. Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with the lady and her family.
4. Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to providing consistent care.
5. Must be able to provide references from previous caregiving positions.
6. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required.
