What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform patient care tasks and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals
- Handle administrative duties related to patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain electronic records and documentation throughout patient interactions
- Assist in the coordination of care under the supervision of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, or Registered Nurses
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active certification as a CMA, CCMA, RMA, or NREMT-Basic
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of one year of clinical or administrative experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a telehealth or remote care environment
- Additional certifications in healthcare-related fields
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
