What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive joint deal execution with Clinical Research Organization (CRO) partners, supporting pipeline development and co-selling activities
- Expand Datavant's CRO relationships into R&D, Safety, and Commercial use cases
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate CRO partnerships into business strategies
- Develop and execute channel playbooks to standardize collaboration with CROs
- Champion Datavant's leadership within the CRO ecosystem through market engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or business development
- Experience in healthcare technology, clinical research, or related domains
- Proven success in developing and scaling partner ecosystems
- Deep understanding of CRO operations and clinical trial data workflows
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and influence skills
