      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of an assigned caseload from the investigation of the claim through resolution
      - Make decisions and authorize work orders up to a specified limit
      - Gather, review, research, and document pertinent information related to claims and work orders
      - Answer incoming calls, emails, and voicemails from customers and contractors in a timely manner
      - Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to contracts, claims, or work orders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
      - Strong understanding of home warranty policies and technical expertise with systems and appliances
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage difficult situations and customers effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
      - Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and company operating systems
      - Ability to anticipate customer needs
