What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming interactions from healthcare professionals in a timely and courteous manner
- Document accurate information in work order systems
- Demonstrate understanding of the healthcare environment, including medical equipment terminology
- Document and escalate safety incidents to appropriate management and regulatory departments
- Assist with visitor side by sides and peer coaching
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to type 45 wpm
- Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, or similar email solutions
- High School diploma or equivalent degree required; college education preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative in a healthcare setting
