What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface daily with physicians, hospital executives, patients, and internal team members to foster client relationships
- Assist in conducting monthly webinars for newly contracted providers on program processes and requirements
- Identify and resolve under/overpayments on patient accounts
- Enter program data into the employer's internal database and track client requests
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must demonstrate a strong desire to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Proven ability to gather information from various sources to meet customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a positive and energetic approach
- Reliable and consistent attendance is essential
- Strong communication skills to provide feedback to the Client Services Manager regarding client concerns
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with data entry and database management
- Previous experience conducting training or educational sessions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare program processes and contractual requirements
