What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all internal workflows post-sale, ensuring successful campaign execution
- Communicate effectively with creators and internal teams to facilitate campaign progress
- Oversee the entire creator content process, including feedback and content scheduling
- Collect and analyze post-campaign data, preparing reports and insights for clients
- Maintain strong relationships with Client Success Managers, providing status updates and flagging concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent client relationship management skills and a client-focused mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends

- Experience in a client success or project management role within a marketing or creative environment
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software
- Background in content creation or social media management
