What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary contact for Maven's SMB Client Success team throughout the client lifecycle
- Own and optimize the SMB Client Success operating model for scalable growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Client Success Managers and Associates
- Design and implement digital-first support models to enhance client engagement
- Analyze client data and feedback to influence internal priorities and improve service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of experience in account management or client services in digital health, healthcare, benefits, or SaaS
- Proven experience managing a team, demonstrating excellence in people management and training
- Experience designing or scaling client success models in a high-growth environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and present insights
- Proven track record of high client satisfaction ratings and renewal success
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a digital health company focused on wellness or family health
- Familiarity with supporting health benefit programs for employer or payer clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Matik, Looker, Jira, and/or Microsoft Suite
