      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer requests, needs, and escalations
      - Manage and coordinate all customer communications internally with respective teams
      - Drive customer adoption and engagement of existing and additional services
      - Identify and mitigate risks related to potential customer churn
      - Create and lead quarterly customer value discussions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, IT, and cybersecurity environments
      - Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
      - Hands-on technical experience across the Microsoft Security stack
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5–7 years of hands-on client relationship management experience in Managed Security Services
      - Consulting experience with top-tier national consulting firms
      - Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, Network+, or CISSP
