      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with inbound leads promptly across phone, text, and email to maximize contact and conversion rates
      - Qualify and route leads based on structured discovery of needs, timeline, budget, and installation feasibility
      - Schedule and manage product demonstrations or consultations, ensuring high show rates
      - Educate potential customers on the benefits of atmospheric water generation and handle initial objections
      - Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3+ years of experience in phone-first inbound sales, appointment-setting, or similar roles for high-consideration purchases
      - Proven track record in speed-to-lead, contact rate, set rate, and show rate
      - Strong communication skills with a clear and confident phone presence
      - Process-driven with excellent calendar management and follow-through
      - Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in selling high-consideration products such as solar, HVAC, or home services
      - Proficiency in using sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach
      - Background in technology or environmental sustainability sectors
