      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review medical record documentation to ensure accurate representation of severity of illness and clinical support
      - Assign preliminary diagnoses and procedures for inpatient accounts
      - Validate clinical criteria present in medical records to support specific conditions
      - Educate clinical providers on compliant medical record documentation
      - Communicate effectively with the coding team to meet quality and productivity standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of inpatient coding or Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) work experience
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding guidelines
      - Ability to effectively communicate with clinical providers
      - Commitment to meeting quality and productivity standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on clinical documentation and coding
      - Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
      - Knowledge of compliance regulations related to medical documentation
      - Strong analytical skills to support clinical documentation initiatives
