      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for research sites according to the monitoring plan and regulatory guidelines
      - Prepare site visit reports and follow-up letters to investigators
      - Build productive relationships with investigators and site staff to achieve study objectives, including patient recruitment targets
      - Perform source data verification and ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory document collection
      - Participate in investigators' meetings and collaborate with team members on study progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.Sc. in a field relevant to clinical research, nursing degree, or equivalent experience
      - 2-5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry
      - Good knowledge of ICH/GCP standards and applicable regulatory requirements
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in dermatology is an asset
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet quality standards and deadlines
      - Previous experience in managing patient recruitment for clinical studies
