What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Data Science Team and Clinical Leadership to design and manage internal research projects
- Perform advanced statistical modeling and analysis to inform Equip's strategy and outcome evaluations
- Manage the lifecycle of IRB submissions, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards
- Conduct literature reviews, prepare manuscripts, and present findings at academic meetings
- Assist with grant proposals and other ongoing research tasks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree in psychology, public health, clinical science, behavioral science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong academic writing skills demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
- Proficiency in advanced statistical tests, quantitative research, and research study design
- Skilled in SQL, statistical software (R preferred), and Git/Github
- Ability to work independently with excellent organization and interpersonal skills
