  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct site monitoring visits including Site Qualification, Site Initiation, Monitoring, and Close-Out Visits
  - Evaluate the effectiveness of the existing monitoring plan and recommend strategic revisions
  - Collaborate with study leadership to implement adaptive monitoring approaches
  - Assess site compliance with study protocols and ensure participant rights and safety
  - Document monitoring activities and findings, and report significant trends to study leadership
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - BA or BS degree required; clinical research professional certification preferred
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research; 3–5 years preferred with at least 1 year of monitoring experience
  - Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and federal regulations
  - Experience in multi-center clinical trials and/or stroke, neurology, or outcomes research preferred
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and clinical research data management systems
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience contributing to risk-based monitoring strategies or quality oversight initiatives
  - Knowledge of clinical research protocols and data management programs
  - Ability to manage monitoring responsibilities across multiple sites
