      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow sales revenue and test volume by establishing new business and increasing volume in existing hospitals
      - Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to achieve goals
      - Develop thought leaders and early adopters for innovative diagnostic approaches
      - Present product features and benefits to key stakeholders, utilizing consultative sales techniques
      - Secure contracts and manage renewals of partner agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
      - Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostic Equipment, and/or Pharmaceutical industries
      - Valid driver's license
      - Proven success in introducing novel products or services to physicians and hospitals
      - Strong ability to develop relationships with C-level executives and clinical leaders

      - Established network of relationships in hospitals and health systems
      - Demonstrated track record of top sales achievement and exceeding sales objectives
      - Experience with multi-level account management in a healthcare setting

      - Strong presentation and negotiation skills
