What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert product support to physicians and staff within assigned territory
- Achieve quarterly procedure quotas and facilitate KPI collection for business reviews
- Develop mastery of the Galaxy System and related clinical procedures
- Conduct local marketing and education events in collaboration with team members
- Support initial physician training and program growth to develop confident users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices
- Experience selling in a clinical setting with the ability to demonstrate expertise quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting physicians with technical products or procedures
- Background in pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, and endoscopy procedures
- Program and/or market development experience
- Early commercial/startup experience
