      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Call on practicing physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other health-related organizations within an assigned territory
      - Provide healthcare professionals with current information about the employer's products and their approved uses
      - Monitor and analyze sales results, maintaining an up-to-date business plan to evaluate sales effectiveness
      - Plan and organize daily sales call activities to optimize time and achieve sales objectives
      - Maintain clear communication with the Area Sales Manager and other sales leadership team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree required
      - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or related fields
      - Valid driver's license and a strong customer focus with demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
      - Proficiency in computer skills and working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
      - Experience with injectable products and specialty pharmacy/distributor preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling complex specialty and buy-and-bill products
      - Previous experience in selling drug devices or technologies that necessitated changes in physician protocols
      - Strong selling, persuasive, and presentation skills
      - Ability to quickly read situations and anticipate potential problems
      - Demonstrated initiative and commitment to completing assignments in a timely manner
