What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) objectives
- Perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions
- Manage consignment inventory and assist with daily coverage logistics as needed
- Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, or science -OR-
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, or science -OR-
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, or science
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory
- Ability to perform physical job requirements, including lifting and extensive travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications, such as SalesForce.com
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong work ethic in accomplishing objectives of the position
