What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and expand the existing TEG customer base while increasing product usage and revenue growth
- Train new and existing customers on TEG equipment, software, and clinical applications
- Provide dedicated onsite support for new customers implementing TEG technology
- Resolve technical and clinical customer concerns by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Maintain records within CRM tools and support market development events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably in medical devices or critical care
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and develop customer relationships
- Knowledge of hemostasis management and technical aptitude for training customers on products

- Master's degree in Arts, Science, or Business Administration
- Experience in a complex medical device environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfort in interacting with high-level clinicians and decision-makers
