      Earn $64,419/year!

      Position Details:

      • The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and support the clinical integrity of the IBHS program and may serve as administrative back up to the Director/Manager.
      • Clinical Supervision

        • Completes and supports staff in completion of necessary clinical assessment
        • Provides clinical supervision and oversight to all designated programs, to including but not limited to
          • Providing clinical supervision and consultation to staff of designated programs.
          • Monitoring and review of program processes and review and follow up of incident reports
          • Documents all monitoring and supervision, and provides ongoing review with Director
        • Provides clinical support and supervision to the BCs, MTs and BHTs
        • Assists programs with preparation of routine internal/external audits.
        • Assists as back up to Director if a program supervisory staff is absent/vacant.
        • Assists with review and completion of designated program procedures and standard operating process manuals
        • Conducts assigned trainings and follow up and with staff
        • Monitors and evaluates clinical integrity of clinical documentation and service
        Other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

      • Master’s Degree Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other human services field from an accredited university
      • License Certification in PA (preferred LPC, LCSW)
      • 3 - 5 years 5 years BH experience required
      • 1-year Supervisory experience required
