What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve clinical-adjacent support escalations, including documentation guidance and platform functionality issues
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with providers to address quality concerns and provide feedback
- Support provider onboarding by answering questions and assisting with training sessions
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, providing guidance as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving provider experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology)
- Associate license or full independent license in your state (e.g., AMFT, APC, ASW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with providers in a supportive manner
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in virtual care or tech-enabled clinical environments
- Prior experience in provider operations, clinical support, customer support, or clinical quality
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
