      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patient appointments, including endoscopy procedures, and manage follow-ups
      - Communicate lab or radiology results to physicians and patients as necessary
      - Prepare requests for prescription refills and manage patient inquiries effectively
      - Respond to emails and voicemails, ensuring timely communication with patients
      - Participate in staff meetings and marketing activities as directed by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - 2-3 years of specialty clinical experience; gastroenterology experience preferred
      - Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
      - Proficiency in using healthcare systems and Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to communicate clearly with patients and coworkers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a patient service center or similar healthcare environment
      - Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of drug uses and dosage requirements
      - Experience with HIPAA compliance regulations
