What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct individual and group training sessions on the Omnipod Insulin Management Systems for patients and healthcare providers
- Achieve a minimum of 20 training sessions per week, both virtually and in person
- Collaborate with various teams to address clinical needs and improve patient retention
- Assist in organizing and participating in educational events and pump clinics
- Provide product demos and communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding pump data management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting or managing diabetes and pump patients
- Professional credentials such as CDCES, RD, RN, or PharmD, and state licensure as required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual capabilities
- Prior experience in a commercial role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
