      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain medical records documentation needed for coding from partner facilities
      - Communicate with external facility staff and internal teams professionally
      - Enter data into Excel tracking workbooks and prepare reports as needed
      - Monitor and track clinician responses to documentation deficiencies
      - Assist with the maintenance of team playbooks and coding reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate or equivalent
      - CPC-A certificate from AAPC or CPC with limited experience in anesthesia
      - Minimal coding experience with a basic understanding of documentation guidelines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to type 50 words per minute
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a medical records department or medical clerical experience
      - Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
      - Ability to self-motivate and initiate new projects
      - Experience with coding platforms relevant to the role
      - Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality policies
