What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead reporting and advanced analytics to support collection and recovery strategies for personal loan and credit card products
- Conduct analysis and deliver insights to optimize collection and recovery strategies
- Develop and continuously improve loss forecasting models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor performance
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify trends through root-cause analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics and 6+ years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree in the above areas with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in collections, marketing, or credit risk management
- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, Looker, and Knowledge Seeker is a plus
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to team members and senior management
- Experience mentoring and leading a team, including management, development, recruiting, and performance review
