What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio within the automotive industry
- Create and execute strategic sales plans with guidance from the Regional Vice President
- Conduct business-to-business sales and territory management effectively
- Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively with clients to close deals
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client service and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of successful outside sales experience
- Proven track record in business-to-business sales, marketing, or territory management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Demonstrated drive, tenacity, and motivation to succeed in a sales role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or insurance sales
- Established relationships with clients in the automotive sector
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies and techniques
- Advanced negotiation skills and a strategic approach to sales
- Additional certifications related to sales or insurance
