What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in understanding the value of the employer's solutions during the sales process
- Demonstrate the product and address customer inquiries during sales calls
- Support customers during proof of value steps, including workshops and demonstrations
- Document compelling use cases in blog posts to share insights with the community
- Adapt to working across multiple time zones, occasionally performing duties outside standard hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering
- Strong background in Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security
- Experience within the security industry is a bonus
- Must reside in the Eastern region of the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with data solutions and IT security products
- Experience in creating engaging technical content for customer education
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
