      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Pursue new service agreement opportunities including on-site technical services and maintenance solutions
      - Manage complex multi-service proposals and utilize CRM systems for customer interactions
      - Promote the employer's value proposition by aligning service solutions with customer objectives
      - Create high-quality estimates, bids, and proposals to support clients' business cases
      - Consistently achieve sales metrics while adapting quickly to changing environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B service sales
      - Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check
      - Must be able to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work on roofs/platforms
      - Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory

      - Proficiency in Microsoft-based software and comfortable in technical environments
      - Outstanding sales and negotiation skills with strong time management abilities
      - Experience in cross-selling and upselling within a customer base
      - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Experience in identifying opportunities for preventative repair and upgrade packages
