      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Agency Engagement Managers in maintaining relationships with fire departments and emergency management agencies
      - Support outreach efforts, schedule onboarding sessions, and coordinate training for end users
      - Track engagement and usage, flag agencies needing follow-up, and assist with re-engagement efforts
      - Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure deployments are supported
      - Act as a support resource for agencies, answering questions and routing requests appropriately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
      - 0-2 years of experience in wildfire response, emergency management, public safety, environmental science, or related field
      - Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with external stakeholders
      - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Willingness to travel up to 10-20% for trainings, site visits, or events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some experience in customer-facing, operations, training, or support roles (internships or entry-level roles acceptable)
      - Interest in climate resilience, public safety, and mission-driven work
      - Comfort working with technology and learning new systems
