What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote monitoring services to support patients in their home-exercise therapy program
- Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through a technology platform
- Offer ongoing feedback to evaluating clinicians regarding patient progress outside of the clinic
- Maintain necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
- Organize and manage a caseload efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active PTA license in CO, WA, or OR
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Health Coach Certification is a plus
- Experience in behavioral modification
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Passion for health and wellness
