What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation decisions and policy compliance
- Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to assess pay competitiveness
- Analyze internal pay structures to ensure fairness and address discrepancies
- Assist in implementing incentive programs and managing annual merit planning
- Prepare and present compensation analysis summaries for executive review
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation planning for a mid- to large-sized company
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Government contracting experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation benchmarking tools
- Working knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence for process efficiency
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
