      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform audits of patient documentation, coding, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness
      - Create clear and thorough audit reports with actionable findings and recommendations
      - Report and investigate potential compliance issues, providing education and feedback
      - Conduct additional compliance audits related to HIPAA privacy, OSHA, and due diligence assessments
      - Assist in creating and implementing new policies in line with regulatory changes and company values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
      - At least three (3) years of experience in medical or dental coding (dental preferred)
      - At least one (1) year of experience auditing healthcare billing and coding preferred
      - In-depth understanding of dental and medical terminology, including CDT codes
      - Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare-related regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - AAPC or AHIMA certification (CCS, CPC, RHIT, or RHIA) preferred
      - Excellent organizational and project management skills
      - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Electronic Medical Records, and Practice Management Systems
