  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support the development and maintenance of a global compliance program, including trade compliance and anti-bribery regulations
  - Conduct secondary screenings of third parties to ensure compliance with trade compliance and export control regulations
  - Assist with data protection initiatives and respond to data subject access requests
  - Partner with company counsel and stakeholders on compliance audits and risk assessments
  - Maintain GRC platforms to track compliance activities and manage documentation for policies and procedures
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in information security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Risk Management, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
  - Minimum 3+ years of experience in compliance program management, risk management, or information security roles
  - Demonstrated experience responding to third-party risk assessments and security audits
  - Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards related to data privacy and cybersecurity
  - Familiarity with GRC or data protection management platforms
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 2+ years of experience with U.S. government contracting and familiarity with FAR and DFARS
  - Prior experience in the software/SaaS industry, particularly in high-growth environments
  - Certification in risk, data privacy, compliance, or information security
  - Experience supporting post-merger integration activities
  - Prior start-up or scale-up experience
