      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a core member of the compliance team, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer
      - Manage the comprehensive compliance program and liaise with regulatory agencies and financial service providers
      - Analyze and evaluate company policies and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws
      - Oversee and implement all aspects of regulatory compliance programs and lead regulatory examinations
      - Monitor and analyze customer and transaction data to identify potential suspicious activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 6 years of compliance or related experience in banking, financial services, or financial technology
      - Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including BSA/AML and OFAC/sanctions
      - Experience in transaction monitoring and fraud management
      - Proven track record of complex problem-solving and decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - International experience, particularly in the Caribbean and Latin America
      - Familiarity with HMT and UN screening lists
      - Experience in high-growth environments
      - Exposure to B2B credit compliance frameworks
      - Experience deploying and implementing compliance tools and services
