      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site and desk audits with providers and contractors to ensure compliance with AHCCCS contract and policy requirements
      - Monitor contractors to ensure compliance and program integrity, reviewing contract deliverables and providing corrective action
      - Analyze and interpret data to effectively communicate auditing and monitoring results
      - Research and understand Federal and State statutes pertaining to AHCCCS, Medicaid, and medical coding
      - Produce high-level reports and correspondence for internal and external customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Arizona Driver's License
      - Minimum of two to three years of experience working in a Managed Care Organization (MCO)
      - Strong understanding of AHCCCS, Medicaid, and behavioral health
      - Proficiency in data analysis, research, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or 2-3 years of work experience in analytics, auditing, healthcare, or medical coding
      - Strong computer skills, particularly in data collection in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS)
