      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with operations teams to build and maintain efficient, effective, and compliant processes
      - Mature and further embed the Workforce Benefits Division legal and compliance program throughout the Division’s processes
      - Establish a monitoring and support function to facilitate tracking and resolution of operational risk issues
      - Manage and implement complex projects and innovative solutions in support of business and legal partners
      - Lead preliminary reviews with Underwriting of complex groups and develop processes for assessment of potential customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in compliance or a related field
      - 4-year degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance practices
      - Proven ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
      - Familiarity with operational risk management frameworks
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to develop and implement process improvements
      - Experience in supporting sales teams with compliance-related solutions
